Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart And Their MTV Movie Awards Kiss Is Our #4 RPattz Moment

Why must Robert Pattinson taunt us so? There's still two more days until he stops by for "MTV First: Robert Pattinson," a 30-minute chat on Friday (March 18) during which he'll take fan questions and debut a new clip from his latest film "Water For Elephants."



Luckily, we've found a way to pass the time until he arrives. In addition to checking out reader questions via Twitter (you can still send them our way @MTVNews with the hash tag #AskRob at the end of your inquiry) we started counting down MTV's top 5 favorite RPattz moments.

On Monday we took a look back at an April 2008 interview in which the star, just shortly before the days of ear-piercing Twi-hards took over, had a playful chat with MTV and his "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart. Rob discussed topics like why K-Stew is the greatest actress of her generation to what their on-screen kisses were like.

Which, fittingly, brings us to our lip-smacking #4 favorite Robert Pattinson moment on MTV. Read about it after the jump!

When Rob is up for an MTV Movie Award, it's in your best interest to check him off on your ballot. The guy has an outstanding record with voters. So it wasn't a surprise that Rob and Kristen were awarded with Best Kiss for the second year in a row at last year's show, this time for their on-screen smooch in "New Moon." When the "Twilight" superstars hit the stage at the 2010 ceremony to accept their golden popcorn, they created our #4 moment: "The Kiss That Wasn't."


Feast your eyes on the duo's cute/awkward banter during their acceptance speech and then as they tease the fans (See? He's got a history of this sort of thing!) with the promise of a live Bella and Edward kiss. The moment perfectly encapsulates the two, from their grateful, yet anxious demeanor to their are-they-or-aren't-they-a-real-life-couple vibe. You can practically feel the tension eminating from the pair and the anticipation of the audience building throughout. So, pucker up and enjoy the clip!

'Breaking Dawn' Star Attacked At 'Twilight' Convention

Breaking Dawn actor Bronson Pelletier was attacked while attending a Twilight convention in the UK. The 28-year-old actor who plays Jared, a werewolf, in the series was jumped by four drunken men in the restroom in a Hilton hotel in Birmingham. It's said that the attackers were attending a wedding which was also being held at the hotel at the same time as the Twilight fan convention.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Pelletier was head-butted by one of the men which resulted in a broken nose. All of the men were arrested by the police. Two were released and the other two were granted bail. Still no word on what sparked the attack.

Pelletier is currently working on Breaking Dawn which is filming in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We wish him all the best as he recovers!

Robert Pattinson wants to concentrate doing independent films or will he concentrate on practicing marriage with Kristen Stewart?

Robert Pattinson is famous for his big roles in big movies such as the Twilight Saga, but he mentioned that he also eyeing a career in small, independent films. His partner in real life and in the Twilight movies, Kristen Stewart, has already done several short films herself, such as On the Road and Welcome to the Rileys. The British actor said that he would love to be able to concentrate on independent movies.

Robert Pattinson has starred in some small movies himself. The titles of those movies are How to Be and Little Ashes. In other news, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are living together in New Orleans, in a $5,000 apartment, as they way for the start of the shooting of Breaking Dawn, the last of the movies of the Twilight Saga. This way, the two will always be together, and they will be practicing “marriage.”



This is a really good thing for their relationship because they have always battled it out on the quest for true privacy, against the paparazzi who are more than willing to slug it out and not give them an inch of what they need. With this move to live in a house together, Robert Pattinson mentioned that he can’t complain, and is happy that he gets to be with Kristen all the time. That sounds like its coming from a guy who is madly in love with her girl

Kristen Stewart: I Hate Interview Process

Again, Kristen Stewart has spoken about how much she doesn't like press. The Bella Swan of "Twilight" saga personally believes that her job is only to act not to talk to the media, saying as quoted by Hollyscoop, "I hate the interview process."

"I do my work, same as you, why do I have to talk about it? I just want to be an actor. You think you're going to put sound bites in my mouth," Kristen went on. Though Kristen occasionally has an interview training session, it seemingly doesn't make the whole things easier for her. "I had an interview training session and was I was, 'F*** you. You think you're going to put soundbites in my mouth?' " so she said.

Kristen has been attached to a reputation for looking particularly uncomfortable in public. Back in May, the "On the Road" actress was even criticized for comparing the swarm of paparazzi around her to a rape. She, at that time, said, "It's so... The photos are so.. I feel like I'm looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can't handle it. It's f**ked. I never expected that this would be my life." Kristen, however, has since issued an apology.

Robsten Keep Hanging Tight Before Breaking Dawn

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Tom Sturridge hit the town last night with some buds, checking out some music at the Troubadour on Sunset (Jenny and Johnny were on the bill).

This marks the third time in a week Robsten has been spotted out together—are you loving it?

The couple was attempting to leave out the back exit when...

Surprise! There were cameras waiting for them. Rob and Kristen hopped in the back together, while Tom took the front seat all shielding their eyes away from the flashbulbs.

We like pictures of Robsten together as much as the next Twi-fan, but at this rate we're afraid Pattinson and Stewart are gonna get light-fright and hide inside and away from the paps forever.

Seriously, do photogs think they're going to get the money shot of Pattinson and Stewart making out when they're walking to the car? Negative.

We much prefer their un-photographed moments when R & K have no problem hiding their affection for each other. Smooches on Saturday night? Lap cuddles Monday night?

Rob and Kristen have more projects lined up

Before the Los Angeles, California premiere of their movie 'Twilight Saga: Eclipse' on June 30, Rob and Kristen have more projects lined up. According to USA Today, Kristen Stewart will star in the movie entitled "On The Road". She told the website that she's "super excited" about it, and added: "I am about to play Marylou in On the Road. So that's a big deal."




Meanwhile, after 'snubbing' the gala night of Time Mag's 'Most Influential', Rob is reportedly set to start filming his new movie 'Water For Elephants'. The movie is an adaptation of a historical novel written by Sara Gruen. Rob will play the role of Jacob Jankowski, the movie also stars Reese Witherspoon.

People say I'm miserable all the time," Stewart, 20, says in the June issue of Elle magazine. (At the Met Gala, the actress was ripped to shreds for the "Chanel catastrophe" that she donned for the NYC event.).


She explains, "It's not that I'm miserable. It's just that somebody's yelling at me...I literally, sometimes, have to keep myself from crying," on the red carpet. "It's a physical reaction to the energy that's thrown at you."




Then there's her demeanor on late night talk shows or awards fest. "It's funny that when I go onstage to accept an award, they think I'm nervous, uncomfortable, and awkward," Stewart quips, "and I am--but those are bad

The edgy star also resents losing her privacy to worldwide fame. "Somebody knocked on my hotel room door and asked for a light, then said that they were a big fan. I was like, 'Do you really need me to light your cigarette? How do you know what room I'm in?' I can’t be by myself and I like being by myself."
 
Stewart continues to be coy about her romantic status with costar Pattinson. "I would never cheapen my relationships by talking about them," she quips. "People say, ‘Just say who you’re dating. Then people will stop being so ravenous about it.’ It’s like, No they won’t! They’ll ask for specifics.”

Some fans are still clueless if where's Kristen Stewart now. Well, a lot of blogs reported that Kristen Stewart was spotted in London with her boyfriend Robert Pattinson on the night of March 26. Of course it's a false report, and just a pure imagination. According to 'solid' news sources, Rob spent the night with a female friend in Hammersmith, London, and enjoyed the midnight performance of "Ghost Stories." On the same night, Kristen Stewart was in Las Vegas, Nevada, please read - Las Vegas in United States. That's miles away from Rob, of course, 'coz Rob is still busy filming his new non-Twilight film.




But here's another funny story, a blog (plus another one) is/are recycling reporting that the "Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart 'baby bump' rumours" were fake. Of course it's fake, it's a complete recycle from the last year's Aussie tabloid made-up story. Oh, maybe some bloggers can't wait for the upcoming movie of the real life couple, the 'Twilight Saga: Eclipse', on big screens in June. In the meantime (to kill all your boredom), let's wait for Kristen Stewart's Easter Basket pick-up day (I hope she will, that'll be cool).



By the way, here's one fun blab, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart 'missing each other'. According to OK Magazine's source, "Rob and Kristen keep their romance alive through constant communication," and "they'll have to make do with calls, texts and romantic e-mails." 'Twilight': Team Jacob beats Team Edward for Cutest Couple at Kids' Choice Awards

The 2010 Kids' Choice Awards have declared the Cutest Couple to be Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) of the "Twilight" series. They bested Bella/Edward, Neytiri/Jake from "Avatar" and the Obamas to take home the coveted orange blimp.


It has to make one wonder if the kids who voted for these awards have ready the "Twilight" books. If you've read the books (as opposed to just seeing the movies), it's pretty clear who Bella belongs with.

We can't argue with the hotness of Taylor Lautner but considering all the Twihards who hate Kristen Stewart, it's still a bit surprising win.

Lautner also took home Favorite Male Movie Actor. What of Robert Pattinson? He and Bella are cute and he's a good actor! Poor Edward Cullen, he just can't win.

MTV news recently caught up to Twilight Saga’s leading lady Kristen Stewart and her co-star Dakota Fanning to give a little analysis of the newly released “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” movie trailer. Kristen said, “Yeah I saw it. Yeah, it’s so quick. I was just like, ok. I don’t know. It was like watching stills. It’s weird for me to watch stuff. Initially, my reaction is always strange,anyways. I was really excited. I wanna see more.”


Next, Dakota Fanning who plays the vampire Jane in the film said, “I’m excited that I’m in it ! I didn’t expect that. That’s really great.” They asked her if there was any special scenes to look for. She said, ” I can’t give it away,but I’m in two scenes this time, I think.” Then she talked about what her and Kristen did in between takes on the set of Eclipse. She said, “I mean it’s like when you’re hanging out with one of your closest friends all day. It was just so much fun,especially to get to act with her. I don’t know if we did anything specific. Just being around each other was fun.” “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” hits theaters on June 30.

Kristen Stewart, Scout Taylor-Compton and Stella Maeve had so much fun playing ’80s punk rockers The Runaways in their new biopic, they don’t want their rock-star lifestyle to end. Stella spoke with HollywoodLife.com on March 11 at the Los Angeles premiere of The Runaways, and she told us she wants to start a band with the girls! “Me, Scout and Kristen really need to start one,” she said enthusiastically. “Me and Kristen talk about it, but with everyone’s schedules it is really hard to actually do it.”



And while the band may seem like just a day dream, Stella has everyone’s roles already picked out! “I would be the drummer and Kristen would be on the guitar,” she told us. “Scout would play the drums too, so we’ll have to work that out. Maybe we could double drum. And Scout sings. I do NOT sing!”


She also had nothing but great things to say about co-star Kristen. “She is such a great girl,” Stella told us. “I am so excited to got to work alongside her because we became best friends! … We always keep in touch and we all hang out. I think we will always be in touch. We really have something special, and no matter what happens we will always be friends.”

For all you ‘Vampire’ faithfuls, who have been sweating over the ‘mushy harvest’ of rumored ‘Twilight’ pair Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the light of recent ‘buzz’ disclaimers, this should buck you up no end.
Indeed, certain reports in grapevine circles about Rob and Kris moving in separate circles and also of Rob denying the ‘flame’ rumors, would have justifiably raised a few ‘anxious’ eye –brows among  you ‘Vampire’ lovers!
However, following recent reports of Rob and Kris ringing in the New Year at a quiet English retreat , it appears that the ‘flame’ between the ‘Twilight’ sweethearts is still burning alight.
And of a further reassuring import is a report carried by Showbiz Spy, which claims that the much adored ‘Twilight’ twosome could actually be planning to relocate.
It further appears that, after enjoying a quiet tryst (or call it a ‘romantic getaway’ instead!) at a chilly English retreat over the festive weekend, the ‘couple’ are now game to buying a ‘love- nest’, at an untrodden corner of the globe, away from the din and glare of the Showbiz world.
And ‘Ventnor’ it appears, could be the dream ‘Vampire’ retreat.
An insider was quoted as saying to Showbiz Spy, “Rob and Kristen were only recognized a handful of times while in Ventnor. They loved it. They were able to walk around largely unnoticed — like a normal couple. They’ve talked about buying a property on island for when the pressures of Hollywood get too much.”
The idyllic resort town of ‘Ventnor’ has been a favored retreat for the likes of such celebs as Russell Brand, Kate Moss, socilaite Peaches Geldoff and crooner Amy Winehouse among many others, thereby bearing out the reasons as to why Rob and Kris would have zeroed in on the same.
Ventnor local Sally Perry, sought to testify to the resort’s ‘quiet’ reputation and was quoted as saying, “Well-known artists and musicians have found that they can live normal lives in Ventnor, away from the media glare. So others tend to follow suit by choosing our lovely town for their special getaways.”
Sure sounds like an ideal retreat for the ‘Vampires’ to build their ‘love-nest’ in….what people?

Kristen Stewart Bares All in Welcome to the Rileys

Before Kristen Stewart jumped into The Twilight Saga films next to Robert Pattinson, Stewart already had a good body of work, beginning with her first big picture Panic Room , starring Jodie Foster. Now that Twilight and New Moon has propelled Kristen Stewart into the acting stratosphere as Bella Swan in the Twilight movies, Kristen Stewart is looking to diversify her resume with more non-Twilight films, including the Stewart role in the indie movie Welcome to the Rileys.



According to Ropes of Silicon, Kristen Stewart will be appearing in the Sundance entry, Welcome to the Rileys, where Stewart will transition from Twilight human in love with a vampire to lap dancer/prostitute. Welcome to the Rileys also stars James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo as a husband and wife pair that have drifted apart after losing their daughter, with Gandolfini playing a traveling salesman who hooks up with Kristen Stewart.


Although Kristen Stewart is taking on a role completely opposite of her Bell Swan character from Twilight and New Moon, it's assumed many male Twilighters will see Welcome to the Rileys for the simple fact that Stewart reportedly has nude scenes in the film. Kristen Stewart recently revealed that Welcome to the Rileys is the heaviest role she's played to date, which deals with serious subject matter.

Digital Spy reported that Kristen Stewart was so nervous about the nude scenes that she insisted her Twilight co-star Nikki Reed accompany her to the set, revealing, "It was just the hardest subject matter I’ve ever had to deal with - I play a very broken young girl who is a runaway. She’s a street kid. She’s working in a strip club and James Gandolfini’s character is just as dead inside as she is - and they wake each other up."
