Kristen Stewart of Twilight and New Moon named among 13 'Women Who Ruled' in 2009 list

2010 will arrive in just 1 more days, and iVillage has created a list of the Women Who Ruled in 2009, and star of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Kristen Stewart made the list. Sandra Bullock, and Emily Blunt were also included on the list.
